tell us about your background as a stylist?
hi I’m Lyndsey! I’ve been doing hair for 7+ years. I most enjoy doing balayage and lived in colors that can last you months without needing retouches. I also love cutting edgy bobs and shags. My goal as a hairdresser is to create a space where you feel comfortable to communicate your needs with me. Have you been coloring your own hair at home? Have you been cutting your own bangs and layers? Are you unhappy with how hairdressers have done your hair in the past? Doesn’t matter to me. I’m here to make you feel like your best self. Empathy, listening, and skill are my priority behind the chair.
what drives you?
I am more than someone who just cuts and colors hair. I’m here to connect with you and provide a service in whatever is you may need. Whether it’s reading a book or watching tik toks while I make your hair pretty, or you sharing what’s been on your heart and feeling like you need friend. It’s your appointment, and I’m here to make you feel your most important confident self.

what brought you to the house salon?
I wanted to work in a high class salon with other creative minds I could bounce off of. I waited a long time on the wait list to come here and it speaks volumes how difficult it is to get a spot. People are happy to work here and happy to be hairdressers here. Employees very rarely leave. I’m so happy to work in a positive environment that encourages and empowers women.
